Every user is eligible for a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have access to all premium features. No credit card or payment is required for the trial.
If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable.
The Lifetime Pro Plan is a one-time payment. Refunds for this plan are only available if you encounter a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@servicemitra.com with your registered email address and the reason for the refund request.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
